This was released on the eve of "We are the World," but this one was less conciliatory and forgiving in tone, and is much more controversial. The video featured was an in-your-face assault on the regime of Apartheid in South Afrika (which was Danish-originated, since the Boers were not responsible, and the "Brits" were really Williamses, Richardses, which are names originated in Danelaw, and were the surnames of those who founded Apartheid). It caused a lot of controversy upon its airing. It's somewhat overshadowed by the former, but it still was a blockbuster hit that eventually surpassed "We are the World" in views.
