The taxi that Meg (Mira Sorvino) gets into has a registration number of "2T98" on the door, license plate and roof sign. The taxi she gets out of at her destination has "2T98" on the roof sign but the door and license plate reads "2P04".
During the final scene, one of the champagne glasses jumps across the table between shots.
Durning the birthday scene, two of the sparklers go out on the cake while they are toasting, but then when they finish they each grab one of the sparklers which are all lit.

When Raychel visits Meg's grave site, her vehicle is shown driving past a large palm tree. Palm trees can not survive outdoors in New York (where this film is supposed to take place), nor can they survive in Missouri, where Meg's character is from.
During the final scene Kate says to Raychel that the police had "a lot of enough hard evidence to put you away for a very long time and you just got probation. Why do you supposed that was? Coincidence?" The word 'coincidence' doesn't make sense in this context, 'luck' would be a more appropriate word.
