- The iOS and Android versions have enhanced models and textures from the Xbox version and a map.
- The Xbox version has several enhanced models and textures.
- In the original version 1.40 European release, the Spanked-up madmen are named "Spanked-up suicide bombers" and Catalina has an additional line in The Exchange after she says to "throw over the cash". The line in this release is "throw over the cash and you can have this overused puta back". The police cars are also blue in the intro, like in several pieces of pre-release media.
- In the PS2 version, Catalina has a different model compared to all other releases. Her body from this version is used in the PC version, but her head has been altered. In the iOS and Android version, she has a different body than the PC version. In the mission "Under Surveillance", the script for Asuka was altered. In the PS2 releases, she refers to the spies as the Mafia and in all other releases, she refers to them as the FBI and some other lines were altered.
- The German version has cut much of the offensive content and violence. It also comes with the option of original English dialogue. But by selecting original English and entering the ultra-violence code of the US version all content is restored to that of the standard US version.
- The censored Australian version omits the capacity for the player to pick up a prostitute, and engage in sexual intercourse. The censors originally took exception to the ability for the player to engage in implied intercourse with a prostitute, then beat, shoot or maim her to death in order to obtain one's money back. It was considered an act of sexual violence and deemed too explicit for an MA15+ classification. It was therefore refused classification (ie. banned). A new R18+ games classification is due to be approved by state and federal Attorneys-General in late 2002. This may see the uncut version being released with an R18+ classification.
