Very Graphic and Disturbing Violent Scenes

Strong violence including some depictions of mass shootings, graphic autopsies involving close ups of inner body parts and re-enactments of committed crimes.

The violence and gore are severe for a TV-14 rated show, as every episode is about a murder with some partial re-enactments of the crime scenes that include blood and some gore. Some of the goriest episodes showcase severed limbs and blood splatter, but these are brief and not shown in every episode.

Some episodes also revolve around suicide and this subject is talked about in some of these episodes with a few depictions of people hanging themselves

Every episode is centered around a crime that is committed, usually a murder.

Autopsies are performed and can be moderately graphic.

Drug dealers are sometimes dealt with in certain episodes and there is also frequent drinking and brief smoking.
