- The game is about cartoon characters fighting each other. While they do not bleed, chunks of clay go flying across the arena when someone gets hit.
- Many attacks can cut the opponent in half, but blood is not shown.
- Characters can perform Claytalities, many of which send the opponent flying off the island or cut them in half. Blood is not shown and they are played for laughs.
- One of Bad Mr. Frosty's Clayalities has him grabbing his weakened opponent and squeezing their remains into a snowcone. This is the only time blood is shown.
