A factory worker, whose hands are covered in chocolate, places his hands on Warren Mitchell's shoulders causing his white coat and the collar of his yellow shirt to covered in chocolate. In the following scenes where Warren is chasing the delivery van in his car, the collar of his yellow shirt no longer has chocolate on it.
None of the newspaper headlines bear any correspondence to their text - eg. "Chocolate making the unpleasant facts" is actually about men who served under US President John F. Kennedy.
