The soundtrack for this film appears to be the same as for The Quiet Woman (1950).
This film has a "joke" that Lawrence Huntington would use again six years later in Deadly Record (1959). With the "humour" being in the conclusion about what transpired, this joke would not be acceptable today.
Here, Mrs. Fenton ( Joan Hickson ), says "It was awful. He said if I didn't do what he wanted, he'd kill me." When asked, "What happened?", she replies, "Well Sir, I'm still here".
In "Deadly Record", the lines are "A man jumped out of a doorway and said if I didn't do what he wanted, he'd kill me." "What happened?" and "I'm still here aren't I".
