In the intro video, there is a moment when random items are poured into an adolescent boy's mind. One of the things dumped in there besides a Snickers bar, C3-PO, R2-D2, an X-Wing Starfighter, and a swimsuit magazine was Ariel. This would be Ariel's first appearance because The Little Mermaid (1989) wouldn't be released for another month after this.
Working on this project as an animator would serve as an inspiration for Pete Docter, who would later write and direct Inside Out (2015).
