The work of "Oh No! It's a Kenchy Production" has consistently shown a depth of understanding that is rare in the world of student film. Although Kenchy has been seen briefly, and briliantly, in his own work (who could forget his performance as Jesus?), it is his wise choice to stay behind the camera for Three Card Stud. He shapes the picture with a subtle hand as producer, including choosing especially lush settings for the outdoor scenes. He has not neglected the great Hollywood tradition of nepotism, casting his sister in a brief role. With her debut performance as class girl, Diana Lundberg shines, and will not have to fear that she was only cast because of her relation to the producer. She is brilliant, and it is clear that talent runs in this family.
Overall, a brilliant production.
