A nice collection of Mickey cartoon shorts.
OllieSuave-00710 April 2018
This is a collection of some of Mickey Mouse's cartoons that you will find entertaining, adventurous, and fun for the whole family. Joining Mickey are Donald Duck, Goofy, and Pluto as well, serving up plenty of laughter and slapstick comedy.

The cartoon shorts include Steamboat Willie, The Band Concert, Thru the Mirror, Canine Caddy, and Lend a Paw.

Warning: Spoilers
I grew up watching this and I have to say this brings back a lot of good memories. Some of the shorts are dubbed over which if you've seen the original shorts you'll notice a huge difference. Whether you like it or not it's a matter off opinion. I liked the shorts though and I really like the theme song you hear at the beginning, it's really catchy. It's a shame you don't see the shorts they use at the beginning during the opening but for what we got it's pretty good. Between each short has Mickey Mouse (Wayne Allwine/Walt Disney) telling the viewer what they're going to watch next and it's ok. Little kids and adults will like it just fine. Take it for what it's worth and see for yourself.

Disney's the Spirit of Editing
Hollywood_Yoda28 October 2018
Just to note that this collection was released solely on VHS and never on DVD. It should also he noted that the cartoons within are all severely edited, either for content or otherwise. To see these cartoons in their entirety, you'd have to watch the Mickey Mouse series released in the form of Walt Disney Treasures. It's a shame that they were edited for this release in the first place.

At only over an hour in length, this barely scrapes the surface of the more than 100 Mickey Mouse cartoons there are. However, the best part of the whole video is the release of Steamboat Willie, the 1928 Mickey cartoon with sound. After all, this video was really nothing more than just a money grab from the Disney studio. Shameful!
