Ditmar sprays Meeker with a Mountain Dew but in the next scene after Ditmar talks to Francesca, he is completely dry.
When Francesca is in hypertime, she "admires" a character with a nose ring. Even though that character is perfectly still, his necklace can be seen shaking at normal speed.
When Zak borrows Francesca's brother's car, she hands him a paper bag and some other items which he places on the passenger seat. When she surprises him a moment later by getting into the car, neither of them makes any attempt to remove these items from the seat before Francesca rather firmly sits down.
At the beginning of the movie, Zak uses a digital camera to take a picture of the manual typewriter which has its left side facing the camera. Seconds later, the image on his computer screen is of the typewriter with its right side facing the camera.

When the men from QT are searching the house, and Zak walks in we see Jenny and Kelly on the couch. Kelly is frozen in the middle of throwing a pretzel into her mouth. Her head is clearly moving from side to side. In the next shot, the pretzel is gone.
When Zac and Francesca go into town the first time, and look at the Mustang, Francesca's skirt is blowing in the breeze.
At the scene in the Skate/Paint-ball shop Meeker is carrying two paint-ball guns. As he is walking you hear the paint-ball gun shoots twice. First the nozzle has a protection plug and second there is no tank attacked, so the gun could not make that sound.
No explanation is given for how Zak managed to switch clothes with the police officer and escape the hospital in hyper time. Jay and Richard were already in hyper time when they came after him, and Zak's own watch wasn't working because he got it wet.
When Zak comes up with the plan of slamming the stool against the door so that Gates would put up the shutters so as to hide their activities from Gates, there is no reason or explanation as to how Zak knew about the shutters.
Francesca has a strong Hispanic accent in her first scene. However, it is far less pronounced for the remainder of the film.
When Zak moves into double-hyper time, he can still interact with the other characters who are in regular hyper time. Based on the theory of relativity, he should be invisible to them, and they should all be standing still to him.
