Buck Adams made this subpar auto racing movie for VCA Pictures, an effort worth forgetting.
His cornball script has him trying to make up for the death of a friend in a car crash with him on the track, but all we get is stock footage of a race. Later in the show Buck has an impromptu car chase on a two-lane black top with the villain of the piece, played by Wayne Summers, and it's strictly unexciting.
As a love interest, a young Tabitha (not the famous Tabitha Stevens whose career started later) is well-built but her performance is flat as a pancake, virtually sleepwalking her way through the role. The beautiful brunette Raven is wasted as Summers' lover, who turns out to be working undercover, and the nominal crime plot is a dud.
