I'm a huge fan of The Henderson Kids, and the second series didn't disappointed. It featured Vinnie, and the actor who played him ended up as an original cast member of Home and Away.
One of the nerdy characters from Henderson Kids I appeared here all grown up and mature, and a classically trained pianist, who falls in love with one of the gang. His mother disapproves but he stands up for his girlfriend from across the Yarra.
The Henderson Kids II was groundbreaking because it cast an Asian actress in a positive role. Khym Lam (who had a guest role later in Neighbours) was the love interest of the character played by Paul Smith.
I wish there was a Henderson Kids III.
