When Beth is in Candy's office at the police station, Candy is standing at her desk with her back to an outside window. The scene is cut about halfway through to eliminate a line that Candy must have said. The result of the cut, though, is that people walking outside (who you see through the window) appear to jump forward 10 feet or so.
In the scene in which baby Kerry is crying in the crib, she is initially seen on her stomach near the head of the bed crying. In the very next take, young Vincent walks in the room to console her and she is on her back, tucked under a blanket.
When Beth arrives at the hotel, she is wearing boots and socks when she exits the car, but inside the hotel she is wearing sandals
We see Ben at the kitchen table with his real family eating pizza, We see Him put the bottle of salad dressing down on the table, then a scene or two later Ben puts the salad dressing bottle down again.
When Vincent is playing his Gameboy at the table, you can clearly see the Tetris cartridge, however the sound effects do not match the game.
When Beth pulls into the garage, a boom mic is reflected in the driver's side window.
When Pat drives Beth home for the first time after losing Ben, Beth chooses to stay in the car for a few moments alone. Young Vincent then comes to the door on the passenger side and frightens Beth and the boom mic is reflected in the front passenger-side window.
Beth and Pat are oddly each seen smoking once each in the film and then never again, with no explanation.
Pat is shown smoking leaning against what is presumably his own car, yet it appears he has parked in a handicap spot, despite not being handicapped. There is also an empty spot next to his car and he owns the restaurant, so it should be assumed he would have plenty of parking spaces available to him.
