When Skull is trying to put mustard on his hot dog he proceeds to try to stomp on it and then picks it up to continue trying to put it on his hot dog. If you look closely you will see there is no hot dog and he is just trying to put it in a bun. However, after spraying it all over Lt. Stone the hot dog reappears.
When Cat falls to a cliff and holds to a branch, she calls the Zeonizer bracelets to morph before falling. The left one gets stuck on the branch and when she falls the bracelet slips from her left arm. This is shown in a close shot. One shot later, when we see Catherine falling, she is wearing both bracelets. A shot later, she again doesn't wear the left one, and it's falling close to her while she catches it in the air.
After Tommy and Kat come ashore, Kat is wearing her yellow life vest. In the next shot it has disappeared.
After Tommy the Red Ranger, Jason and Kimberly had been knocked away from the lava pit in Maligore's temple, Kat the Pink Ranger picked Tommy's previously removed helmet from the ground from behind them. In the very next shot, Kat picks the helmet up from the ground again and she hands it over to Tommy.
When Kimberly (Amy Jo Johnson) tries to escape from Divatox's bilge, the left side of her tank top gets caught on a bolt until Jason (Austin St. John) helps get her free and she escapes. When Kimberly arrives on Muiranthias, she has a hole in her tank top from when it got caught in the bilge, but it is on the right side instead of the left side and remains on the right side for the rest of the film.
After the bilge is almost completely submerged and the hatch is removed to let them out, Jason and Kimberly have very little room between the rising waters and the ceiling to catch a breath. Why then is the adjoining cell containing Bulk and Skull not submerged as well until after Jason and Kimberly open the door to release them?
When Divatox calls Rita in the movie, so Rita wakes up and picks up the phone, you can see Earth in the background. The Moon Palace fell under attack by the Machine Empire from Power Rangers Zeo. But Rita and Zedd destroyed the Machine Empire at the end of Power Rangers Zeo using a bomb disguised as a peace offering gift, so they could've returned to the Moon Palace sometime between Zeo and this movie.
For most of the Power Rangers Zeo TV Series, Bulk & Skull were working as Freelance Detectives after they got Lt. Stone fired and opted to partner with him in his new venture. Yet here in the Turbo movie, the three of them are clearly Police Officers again, without explanation. In the latter few episodes of Zeo, Stone is buried in unpaid bills and there's no work. His detective agency likely went out of business and they presumably had to go back to the police force to make ends meet.
The way Rocky injures himself was very unrealistic.
When the Rangers arrive in the cave entrance of Maligore's temple (as Tommy cries "all right guys, this is it!") watch to the right of the screen, as Justin puts his arm against the stone cave wall and it wobbles, revealing it is a fake set wall.
In the cave, when Elgar is fighting with the Blue Ranger, you can clearly see Elgar's head was made in Japan.
When the new Rangers are trying to save Jason and Kimberly, Tommy's roundhouse kick obviously misses the henchman even though the henchman falls down like the kick landed on him.
Right after the volcano explodes and we see the rangers running out the cave, a man wearing a greenish shirt and a black cap, holding something that looks like a large soda in his hand is visible on the right side of the screen for a second.
When Adam arrives on Muranthias in his Desert Thunder Zord, as he pulls up in the jungle and gets out of the Zord, in the side of the vehicle as he pulls up you can see a large black screen reflected (clearly equipment not seen in the previous shot).
When the Rangers after arriving in Muranthias, you can see stage lights, cameras, and crew reflected in the Rangers' visors.
When Divatox runs out from Maligore's temple, and she pushes between Bulk and Skull. In this shot as she does, to the right of the screen you can see a crewmember's arm in the shot.
Lerigot is shown to be able to heal Kat's leg injury and Jason and Kimberly when they're being mind controlled. Yet no one thinks to have him heal Rocky's injuries sustained early in the movie.
