When Anna puts a towel on a painting in hotel room, she stands in front of it and then a close up shot of a towel is shown. In the next scene she is standing in front of the painting again, but the towel
is clearly in a different position than in the previous shot of it.
When Anna steps out from the painting and watches it, there is no hair on her forehead, but in the shot right before the killer appears next to her, there is hair on her forehead. It disappears in the next shot.
Though featuring prominently during the film's opening sequence set at the Uffizi in Florecne, Peter Bruegel's 'Landscape with the Fall of Icarus' is actually housed at the Royal Museum of Fine Arts of Belgium in Brussels.
