Sex & Nudity

  • Jenna pretended to flirt with Steele. As she sensually walked toward him, Steele slowly walked back toward the hot blast furnace, resulting in burning his behind.
  • To keep Balto warm, Jenna laid on top of Balto and hugged her.
  • A brief scene of a female Pomeranian trying to get a male Malamute's attention by rubbing her body on him and tapping his collar, He rejects her by grinning and making grossed sounds, trying to walk away, but unnoticeably, the groin region of the male is lightly dragged over the female's head.

Violence & Gore

  • Steele's jealousy of Balto and Jenna gets the better of him and in one scene he goes crazy to the point of almost killing Balto, even his friends are taken aback by this.
  • During the fight between Steele and Balto, Steele bit onto Balto's neck and threw him against the rock, hitting him in the head. He is knocked out unconscious for a short period before getting up.
  • Balto and Boris get bullied by Steele and his dog team. There are few insults thrown at him, spitting on him, kicking snow at him and mocking his mother through howling. There's nothing gory or explicit. It may be a bit upsetting to watch.
  • There are couple of scenes through the movie where Steele bullied and threatened Balto.
  • Kaltag hit Star on the head.
  • Multiple scenes of dogs fighting.
  • A couple dogs are seen getting injured.
  • A musher of a sled team hits his head on the hard ground, knocking him unconscious.

Profanity

  • Gee isn't a profanity.
  • One of Steele's allies was about to call Balto a "son of a bitch", but is cut off by another one of his allies.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • Intense scenes of dog fighting, Balto fighting with a bear, sick children, and an injured dog driver. The journey back to name is frightening!

Violence & Gore

  • A couple dogs fight a bear, then the bear exceeds the weight limit of a nearby frozen lake, and gets sunken in. It is never seen again.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • The children are caught with a disease called diphtheria, and they are fatal without antitoxin. This scene may be heavy and emotional to watch, especially when they don't have a supply of antitoxin. In the end, Balto and his team managed to deliver the Antitoxin and saved the children.
