Slow and dark, partly dubbed

Definatelly not the best in the series. Deviate from the book without adding any new values, and the dubbing of non-swedish actors lowers the quality. The only thing the german actor griup add to the film is money to the production.

The liocations and characters have been changed too much, loosing the connection to the other films, And the social and piolitical critisism found in the last books in the series (which this fill is based upon) is hardly not present at all.

If you have not read the 10 books, the film may be preceived better, but when you base a film on a series of books like this the movie should aim at visualising the same message and maintaing connections to the main story.

Very good!

I caught this on MHz a short time ago, and absolutely loved it. My friend and I arranged to watch it together and call each other when it ended.

Part of the reason I liked it was simply because it was in Swedish- it was dubbed, and it was really refreshing from today's police dramas. The story was interesting, though it moved pretty slow some of the time. It had no commercials, and I was able to leave for about 5 minutes to go to the bathroom without feeling as though I'd missed anything; it would usually be the same scene.

However, the parts with Kasper and Kia were very interesting, and pretty hilarious at times.

I'd recommend seeing it if you can get your hands on a copy.
