It's like when you watch one of those horror movies that are so bad, it's actually entertaining. I don't even speak German, but the character interactions say it all...

A great soap

Unter uns is a great daily soap. It is funny and deals with daily problems people have. The soap wants to tell the audience which mistakes everybody should avoid and what he can do in difficult situations. Of course love is a major theme of the soap. It also tells gives advices how to act when you have fallen in love with somebody and also how to make toward the person you love. This soap began in 1994 and has more than 2500 episodes and can only be seen on the German TV channel "RTL". One problem is, of course, that many actors leave the soap, that others replace them until they also leave the show. Sometime it is a pity that a sympathetic actor leaves the soap but then other follow who have a different character which is also quite interesting.

I have been watching this for quite a few years now and at the beginning it was nice entertaining, but it became so stupid, unrealistic and ridiculous. Look at the characters, we have Paco Weigel, who's just a disgusting little moron in the way he talks and behaves, Ingo, who's also called Easy is just a joke figure. I've never seen somebody who's more embarrassing than he is. Well, I don't want to waste my time with talking about the other characters of this unbelievable rubbish. I just can't understand why the German TV channel RTL doesn't cancel this show. The authors have no more new ideas, characters and stories are so incredibly stupid and ridiculous ... well at that point I must confess it's sometimes funny to watch how bad this show is.
My recommendation: Switch off when you see that. Unfortunately I can give only 1 out of 10 for this soap, not 0 out of 10 or far less.

The daily-soap "Unter uns" is placed in Cologne, a city in Germany. From the idea, it's just like any other daily-soap in Germany, and maybe so as in the States. But it has one shiny little star in it, Milo Vukovic! This guy is the hell of an actor. He plays his role greater than Tom Cruise or Orlando Bloom or something like that... He's on the same level with Nicholas Cage!
But... back to Unter uns (translated it means "among us"). You can see many different characters living their life in Cologne, and somehow, they are all connected. Sometimes an actor leaves the soap, another joins, or someone that leaved the soap is joining some years after again (just like in real life !!!). It has dramatically, funny, reflectively and action moments. The pure thrill of Cologne! There is also some erotic in it, but as soft as little kitties.
