Sex & Nudity

  • A man can be seen standing behind a sheet while holding the statue of a penis, because of the light which shines on the sheet it looks like the man has an erect penis (this scene is played for laughs).
  • A woman can be seen breastfeeding a deformed baby with the head of an adult.
  • A couple have sex in a hospital bed. The woman's breast can be partly seen.
  • There is a shot of a vagina during birth.
  • The naked corpse of a little girl is seen in a big jar. There is nothing sexual about this at all.

Violence & Gore

  • A man can be seen severely bleeding from his head and hands during episode 6.
  • There is a subplot regarding a decapitated head of a dead patient.
  • Some minor gore relating to surgery. During an operation we see a liver being removed.
  • Zombies eat the flesh of a living man's arm.

Profanity

  • The main character frequently calls the other staff "danish fuckers". Some other mild swearing through out the series.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Some of the hospital staff smoke and drink beer on their free time.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • The show is very intense at points and relates to both supernatural and disease related horror. Althrough the comedy elements are family friendly, with the exception of the decapitated head, the horror elements are very disturbing.
  • The birth scene is very disturbing.
