- A man can be seen standing behind a sheet while holding the statue of a penis, because of the light which shines on the sheet it looks like the man has an erect penis (this scene is played for laughs).
- A woman can be seen breastfeeding a deformed baby with the head of an adult.
- A couple have sex in a hospital bed. The woman's breast can be partly seen.
- There is a shot of a vagina during birth.
- The naked corpse of a little girl is seen in a big jar. There is nothing sexual about this at all.
Violence & Gore

- There is a subplot regarding a decapitated head of a dead patient.

- The show is very intense at points and relates to both supernatural and disease related horror. Althrough the comedy elements are family friendly, with the exception of the decapitated head, the horror elements are very disturbing.
- The birth scene is very disturbing.
