8 pm Countdown With Keith Olbermann (Current TV) | Premiere: Same opinionator, same show name, new channel. First guests include Michael Moore and Markos Moulitsa. What, myself and Meg Masters don’t merit mention? (Apologies, I popped in on Popper’s Penguins this weekend.)

Director: Emily Hagins Writer: Emily Hagins Starring; Elaine Hurt, Patrick Delgado, Santiago Dietche, Lauren Lee, Lauren Vunderink, Tony Vespe, Devin Bonnee Every decade we have a new cinematic approach to the vampire genre (a majority of which involve some sort of adaptation of Bram Stoker's Dracula). There are classics (Robert G. Vignola’s The Vampire, F. W. Murnau’s Nosferatu, Universal’s and Hammer Films’ Dracula franchises, etc.) as well as the reverential revivals of “serious” vampire films that were released in the 1980s (Tony Scott’s The Hunger, Joel Schumacher’s The Lost Boys, Kathryn Bigelow’s Near Dark, etc.) and 1990s (Francis Ford Coppola’s Bram Stoker's Dracula, Guillermo del Toro’s Cronos, Michael Almereyda’s Nadja, Neil Jordan’s Interview with the Vampire, etc.). In one way or another, cinema history leads us to the more recent past, with films such as Tomas Alfredson’s Let the Right One In...

In 24 days we will officially have a new White Collar episode. I don't know about you guys, but it seems like it's been forever. So in excitement for the hiatus ending, I thought we could stroll down memory lane and where better to start than the Pilot that first gave us the awesomeness that is Neal Caffrey and Peter Burke. Hope this brings back fond memories for you too….
We begin as a scruffy man shaves off his beard with prison created tools. Hello, Neal Caffrey. Let's not try that beard ever again. You look like Ted Kaczynski. Neal takes a prison uniform, conveniently stashed in the toilet tank and sneaks right out of maximum security prison. I'm a little concerned about the prison system because that looked way too easy. After hotwiring a van, he drives off and buys a yellow slicker off a street vendor. In the luckiest/smartest move of all,...

Viewers just lost interest in "The Hasselhoffs" and A&E is not waiting until the rating sinks. The docu-reality series, which follows David Hasselhoff's attempt to help his daughters in the entertainment world, is off the network's schedule after airing only 2 episodes.
The debut episode drew a mild 718,000 viewers and the second at the next hour plunged to 505,000. For comparison, A&E recently also premiered a new series called "Storage Wars" which actually has less star factor than "The Hasselhoffs" because it's about professional buyers purchasing storage units that have been foreclosed on. "Storage Wars" drew 2 million in its debut.
The premiere saw the Hoff playing golf with his friends, reminiscing about "Knight Rider" with his dad Joe and performing songs on an open top bus in San Diego. There was also him getting a hot dog named after him, him walking off the set of a commercial, and...

What's worse than being a fall series that doesn't actually air in the fall? Being a fall series that gets pushed to midseason and then doesn't have a midseason home. What's worse than that? Having your already currently hypothetical number of episodes reduced. NBC has cut the season order for the romantic-comedy ensemble "Love Bites" from 13 episodes down to nine. "Love Bites" will reach that number next week and will halt production. The news was reported early Thursday (Dec. 9) afternoon by a slew of websites, with Vulture claiming the "exclusive" by five minutes. The cause for the...

Time for our latest roundup of TV scoop, with the goods on Glee, Smallville, Sons of Anarchy, The Vampire Diaries, The Office, Cougar Town, Friday Night Lights, Pretty Little Liars, CSI, Svu and...well, we really need to pause here to take a breath so just jump right in and get the exclusive goodies will ya? Ben: Any idea what we'll see NBC's new shows Friends with Benefits or Love Bites? They weren't on the January lineup. Fret not, tubers. Both shows will see the light of day.
