Towards the end of the movie where Lola is spraying the shaving cream in Ned's face, there's suddenly a spray coming from behind Lola and even getting all over her back even though she has the bottle pointed at Ned.
At the murder scene there's a warning to be careful of all the blood on the floor. But none of the police that slip and fall seem to get any on them. Also there's no sign of blood on or coming from the body, even though there's a huge drill sticking out of him.
Max Shady appears and disappears underneath the van.
When Ned and Lola are sitting in the bathtub, Lola puts her right hand on top of the bathtub, seconds later her hand is gone and then reappears.
When Ned and Lola are in the bathtub, Lola holds the ice pick over her face in one shot, then in the next the same arm is extended and putting the pick away.
While Lola is blowing smoke in Ned's face, you can see her breathing normally.
When the refrigerator opens to reveal Ned and Lola inside, a crew member's hand can be seen on the right side of the screen to catch the door as it opens.

At the firing range, when Lana Ravine is firing at the silhouette of her husband, she somehow manages to get 15 consecutive shots out of a six-shot revolver without reloading.
Lana's plan to kill Ned involves a "book suppository". The scene is parody of the President Kennedy assassination, so she meant "book depository". This is meant as a joke by the filmmakers.
