(at around 59 mins) When Mr. Blonde is pouring gasoline on Marvin Nash, Nash's legs are taped to the chair. When the angle changes you can see his legs kicking up in the air. And then they go back to being taped up.
(at around 55 mins) Mr. Blonde opens his barber blade twice.
(at around 21 mins) When Mr. Pink s the woman, the satchel of diamonds is on the street in front of the door. In the next shot when he opens the door, the bag is gone. There is no time for him to have stepped forward, kneeled and grabbed the bag, stood back up and tossed it into the car.
In the warehouse when Mr. Blonde jumps off the car and takes off his coat he has a cigarette in his mouth. In the close-up shot to his face, the cigarette is gone.
When Mr. Pink is hit by a car a police officer can be seen standing on the intersection. He is not visible in the shots before and after that.
(at around 21 mins) Mr. Pink breaks a car window with his elbow and it breaks into several large pieces. Car window glass is tempered and as such would break into thousands of small pieces.
No police department would ever allow an undercover cop to actually participate in a robbery. It would defeat the entire point of going undercover in the first place--which is to arrest the would-be robbers before they can commit the crime.
Before heading out for a meeting with the gang, Mr. Orange puts a revolver in his jacket pocket. Not only is that an exceptionally dangerous way to carry a gun, but no police officer would conceal a gun that way.
Mr. Orange's shooting of the woman in the car would not have been considered justified, regardless if he had shot her in fear for his life, because as a police officer, he would not have been allowed to carjack her at gunpoint to begin with.
(at around 21 mins) When firing at the police, the slide on Mr. Pink's pistol locks back, indicating an empty magazine, and yet he continues to fire without reloading.
(at around 1h 14 mins) When Mr. Orange is in his apartment and is on the phone to Nice Guy Eddie, he walks over to his window and says he'll be right down. At that moment you can see the top of the outside set piece.
The cop's right ear is still visible after having been cut off in the wide shots.
All car scenes are obviously filmed with the car on a trailer.
(at around 1h 5mins) Two characters are on a rooftop discussing a script written on paper. The paper (held by Randy Brooks) momentarily flaps forward to reveal that it is totally blank.
During the getaway scene, Mr. White unloads his dual 9mm's into the police car. Before the camera cuts to the inside of the car showing the two officers being shot multiple times, we see the bullets strike the front windshield from the outside, revealing two dummy mannequins sitting in the front seats.
When Mr White and Mr Pink are cleaning up in the bathroom, Mr White lights Mr Pink's cigarette and pretends to light his own. You never see him take a drag off that cigarette. He then really lights up a cigarette after he combs his hair.
Mr. White blasts two policemen away by rapid-firing and emptying two pistols worth of bullets through the windshield of their patrol car, yet when he and Mr. Orange then head off on foot, there is a group of men visible standing only yards away, as if completely unaware.
Obvious dubbing of Orange when telling Brown "you're not blind" as this line is not synchronized with his lips (1:25'29").
When Mr. Blonde arrives, Mr. White gets angry and starts to fight him. When Mr. Pink tries to intervene and says, "Hey, come on," his lips are not moving.
(at around 11 mins) When Mr. White brings Mr. Orange into the warehouse you see a crew member and a trailer. The door swings back at Mr. White, then opens again; the crew member realizes he is in the shot and steps behind the trailer.
(at around 1h 11 mins) When the camera circles around Mr. Orange in the bathroom, the shadow of the camera falls on the wall.
(at around 20 mins) Reflected in a shop window as Mr. Pink runs along the street.
When Mr. Pink and Mr. White are pointing their guns at each other the camera pulls back to reveal Mr. Blonde watching. As it does, the edge of a mirror board and a sandbag supporting the stand can be seen on the right side of the frame.
Mr. Orange informs Marvin that he told the police not to enter the warehouse until Joe arrives. However, this wait would be totally unnecessary since Joe's clear planning of the robbery when he assigns Mr. Orange and the others their names is already evidence on which to arrest him.
Mr. Orange claims he shot Mr. Blonde because Mr. Blonde was going to kill the gang and take the diamonds for himself--a story Eddie immediately rejects and which brings suspicion on Mr. Orange. However, Mr. Orange could have avoided the suspicion by simply pointing out that Mr. Blonde's attempt to set the police officer on fire may have drawn the fire department to their hideout.
(at around 1h 25 mins) Reflected in car window when Mr. White opens the door after Mr. Brown crashed it into the standing car.
(at around 1h 21 mins) During Mr. Orange's close-up during the naming session, the boom mic casts a shadow on Mr. Blue's face.
(at around 1h 21 mins) Shadow visible behind Cabot's head as he gives out names.
(at around 55 mins) Stealers Wheel's "Stuck in the Middle With You" was released and hit the charts in April of 1973, not April of 1974 as the radio DJ says.
None of the police officers in the film seem to wear body armor, which would seem like an obvious choice for officers participating in a large-scale sting.
When Mr. White and Mr. Pink are talking about Mr. Blonde going "psycho" at the heist, Mr. White says he almost took Mr. Blonde out himself. When the two later confront Mr. Blonde about his antics, Mr. White says to Mr. Pink, "You said yourself you thought about taking him out."
