Peyton's knitting needles jump around between shots when she asks Claire if she's going to the greenhouse.
The blood on Peyton's face after Claire punches her the first time disappears when she gets up off the floor.
When Michael goes downstairs because he hears opera music playing in Peyton's room, the indicator lights for the alarm and PM time on the clock radio change from two lights to one and back again.
The burping pad on Claire's shoulder after Peyton pretends to remove the earring from the baby's mouth.
A sexual assault victim's name would not be announced on television, especially not when their attacker was still at large.
It's not illegal to broadcast the name or photo of a sexual assault victim. However, news organizations generally do not broadcast the victim's name or photo without the victim's consent. **It absolutely IS illegal if the victim is a minor, in protective custody, has not consented to the use of their name, or if the perpetrator's friends/family pose a further risk to the victim. They aren't even required to use their real name in court transcripts.**
Upon seeing Solomon in the backyard, Claire drops the bowl of orange juice and it breaks.
Claire is making fresh squeezed orange juice into a 1qt PYREX measuring bowl. When Claire is startled she drops the bowl, it is heard to shatter (glass breaking) when it hits the floor.
PYREX glass does not shatter in this manner, is most circumstances, the bowl would not have broken from this drop. **If the floor is ceramic tile, anything glass would shatter when dropped on it, even Pyrex.**
When Emma carries Joe into the closet to escape Peyton, she is clearly holding a doll, not a real baby.
Regarding Michael's proposal that Claire was to FedEx but which was taken and torn up by Peyton. It seems quite odd that Michael didn't make a copy of an apparently important proposal.
When Peyton drops the ice cubes on the floor, she picks them up and puts them back in the freezer instead of throwing them away.
As smart as Claire is, she does not stop for a moment to think about how unbelievable it would be for Solomon to carry batteries in his toolbox, let alone she never later on puts it together that Peyton sets up this ruse so that she can find her child's underpants there to get Solomon out of the way. **Why wouldn't he have batteries in his cart? He's a handyman. And it must be assumed that she did figure out that the whole thing was a setup, as at the end, she tells Solomon he can hold the baby any time he wants, effectively inviting him back into their lives.**
When the kids are getting into the closet to hide in the end, the baby is crying, though his face is clearly still.
When Peyton asks Claire for new batteries for Joe's baby monitor, she asks "You think Solomon has some in his cart?" but her mouth says something else.
When Peyton's real identity is revealed to Claire, in Emma's room, Claire is packing Emma's suitcase. From outside the bedroom door, as Claire packs the bag, she tells Emma they are going away for a few days and that she can take Dolly with her. However, her mouth never moves.
When Peyton is making the soufflé, she says "It's a shame Michael's not here, he's gonna miss it" without moving her mouth.
When Claire has her asthma attacks, the wheezing sound is obviously dubbed in; none of it matches her movements or desperation.
When Peyton destroys Michael's report in the bathroom, she then beats the walls of the stall with a plunger until she breaks the head off. This tantrum and noise would be clearly heard in a greenhouse.
It seems extraordinarily odd that Michael and Claire would hire Peyton as their nanny so quickly without thoroughly checking her background first, let alone not interview other applicants.
The asthma inhaler should be used with closed lips, breathing deeply.
Peyton sends Claire to Solomon's toolbox to get replacement batteries for the baby monitor.
It seems disingenuous for Claire to take batteries from someone else for her personal use. This is not a valid reason for her to look through a workman's toolbox.
