- All sex is merely implied, both male-male and male-female. One scene shows a back room in a cruise bar, but everyone is fully clothed, and it's shot mainly from the shoulders up. A couple of sexual jokes are told.
Violence & Gore

- A gang is shown beating up an elderly gay man. A man is shown being hit in the back of the head with a baseball bat. These two victims are seen with considerable blood on stretchers as they are being put into an ambulance.
- There is a fistfight between two high school students. One gets a bloody lip, but no one's really hurt.

- The F-word is used five times, once with its actual meaning. The S-word is used three times. 'Dick' and 'balls' are used in the anatomical sense. 'Asshole,' 'fag,' 'faggot,' 'queer,' and 'douche-bag' are used as insults a few times.

- There are scenes in a bar and a cabaret which include alcohol and cigarettes. A couple of characters smoke occasionally. There is a picnic which includes drinking.
