During the scrubbing, as the song is playing, the lyrics mention 'Monday morning'. Soon after the children leave and the guy comes to inspect the house, Pippi tells him it's Friday.
Pippi walks down the wall out of the orphanage, and must jump out of her shoes. It doesn't show her putting them back on, but she is seen with them on in the next scene, throwing the message in a bottle into the sea. In the following scene, when the orphanage is on fire, she suddenly has no shoes on and must put them on to climb again.
After Pippi tries to sell the sewing machine and rushes around to the other door, it is green. When she opens it and pulls it open, the camera view is from the inside, but she is pushing it and it is not green but wooden.

When Pippi is jumping off the roof on the boat, she says "Papa, save me!" and her lips don't move.
When they are playing in the street with the orphans from the children's home, Pippi says "Come on kids, it's Pippi Longstocking day!" When the view changes, she says it again but there is no sound.
When Pippi's father catches her after she jumps off the roof of the boat, he throws her back up and at the top of the screen, the device lifting her up is visible.
