"I need you to be the person you plan to be sooner." The first official trailer has arrived online for an indie romantic comedy titled You, Me and Him, from the UK made by Australian filmmaker Daisy Aitkens, her feature debut. You, Me and Him plays with modern relationship dynamics by introducing a lesbian couple named Olivia and Alex, played by Lucy Punch and Faye Marsay. One lady is a career driven lawyer and the other a fun loving, pot smoking layabout and their neighbour is an annoying Casanova. While neither woman ever wanted children, both end up pregnant. How's that for a modern romantic comedy concept? The cast includes David Tennant, David Warner, Sarah Parish, Peter Davison, Gemma Jones, and Sally Phillips. From the footage in this trailer, it seems this is trying too hard to be a quirky comedy that captures society's romance, but lacks any of the...

While the two have been paired on stage more than once, it’s hard to imagine Elton John and Eminem speaking to each other in a personal or even social circumstance. However, as it turns out Elton John has been a tremendous figure in Eminem’s life. In a recent interview with the Detroit Metro Times, Eminem revealed that Elton John played a significant role in getting him off of drugs. “Me and him have had similar lives and stuff. Just one day after Liam Payne shared the story behind his son’s name, Bear, the former One Direction member revealed his 8-week-old’s middle name: Grey.
During a sit-down with SiriusXM’s Morning Mash Up show, Payne said he and Cheryl came up with the name together after she chose their baby’s unique first name.
At first, however, the singer was set on something a bit more traditional.
“It was going to be James, I was going to name him, because my middle name’s James,” he said. “I was gonna give him my middle name, but I like Grey.

The streak continues with another solid episode, as Archer Season 8 Episode 2 shines the spotlight on Archer and Cheryl.
Honestly, I can't tell you the last time I enjoyed Cheryl this much in a single episode.
Of all the different themes that this show has visited, this is easily the best take of Cheryl.
Cheryl isn't my favorite character. While I find her insanity hilarious, there were times in the past few seasons where she just became too much for me.
I did not enjoy her iteration as country singer Cherlene (I found "Outlaw Country!" grating), and, to be truthful, I don't remember her being that outstanding in Archer Season 5 or when they joined the FBI.
Cheryl Vandertunt, publishing heiress, is an incredibly interesting version of the character. There are things about her that remain the same: her penchant for sadomasochism, her flight of thought and flippant tangentially. Typical Cheryl.

According to the FBI, daughter Lila Pickering was under the protection of the Buncombe County Department of Heath and Human Services due to a custody dispute between her parents, but Seth was allowed to make supervised visits. It all started with a cab ride, fittingly enough. That's where "Dr. Cabbie" star, producer and co-writer Vinay Virmani happened to meet a Toronto taxi driver who used to be a surgeon in his native India, giving the young actor the seed for the idea that would eventually become his follow-up to the 2011 hit "Breakaway."
Directed by Quebec filmmaker Jean-François Pouliot in his first English-language project, the film stars Virmani as Deepak, a recent Indian med-school grad who immigrates to Canada only to find out that his degree isn't recognized. Forced to get a job as a cabbie, but still looking to follow in his late father's footsteps and put his medical training to good use, Deepak begins running a mobile clinic out of the back of his taxi, quickly becoming something of local hero.

"The Amazing Race" has had twists that sent teams home before leaving Los Angeles, but no Racer has ever gone less distance than William "Bopper" Minton. Sunday (February 23) night's "Amazing Race: All-Stars" premiere began with a sad twist for Team Kentucky. Bopper, a fan favorite who cheered for partner Mark through an arduous, health-testing Bollywood challenge in their first season, began experiencing internal pain the night before the Race was set to begin, was diagnosed with an inflamed pancreas and was told he shouldn't Race. Instead, Mark was paired, seemingly out of nowhere, with fellow Kentuckian Mallory, making her third appearance on the show, but her first without father Gary. That's the narrative as presented by "The Amazing Race" on Sunday. On Monday morning, I talked with Bopper about his medical condition, how he handled it and how the show handled it. Danny Trejo is back as the Mexican one-man killing machine in "Machete Kills," which opens Friday. The sequel ramps up the action with several James Bond-style stunts and two formidable foes: a crazed former cartel leader (Demian Bichir), who's got a mountain-top lair, and a power-mad supervillain scientist (Mel Gibson), who'd be at home in any 007 film.
If all goes well, Trejo and director Robert Rodriguez will be back with "Machete Kills Again... In Space," the third film that's teased at the beginning of "Machete Kills." We sat down with the film's star to discuss why Machete don't text, his love of "The Road Warrior," and why a Rodriguez set isn't like any other in Hollywood.
Moviefone: You're the Mexican James Bond!
Trejo: [Laughs] The film, if you look at it, has a lot of James Bond references. It's got "Star Wars "references and Mel's character in "Road Warrior." I love it.

After being kidnapped by a family friend and rescued by authorities, Hannah Anderson appeared on Today this morning to thank those who saved her and to clarify details of her relationship with the kidnapper. Authorities have said that on Aug. 3, James Dimaggio - a family friend - killed Hannah's mother and 8-year-old brother before burning his house and abducting the 16-year-old. Following an Amber Alert and days of searching for Dimaggio and Hannah, authorities eventually found the pair and confronted Dimaggio in the Idaho backcountry, where a shootout left him dead. Since then, details of the family's relationship with Dimaggio have come into question as authorities try to make sense of his actions. Today Hannah shed light on her connection to Dimaggio, saying that she'd been texting with him because he was supposed to pick her up from cheerleading camp. Tom Hanks is Walt Disney, Darren Criss is in awe of Chris Colfer, could an Ender’s Game boycott work?
Geeks Out is waging a good fight against Orson Scott Card and Ender’s Game. But do they have a chance boycotting a Hollywood blockbuster? Possibly, helped in no small part due to the nature of a sci-fi movie that has to find an audience outside of sci-fi audiences to make money. “Even by itself, a movie about space seems to be a hard sell these days — and we’ve seen plenty of other similar movies lose out lately, because mainstream movie audiences just couldn’t get interested in them. So it seems entirely possible that the mainstream media will be too busy debating Card’s views, and moviegoers will come away with a vague sense that this is a movie about gay-bashing. (The fact that the aliens are called “Buggers” probably does not help.

He made his name playing laidback stoners. Now Seth Rogen has written, directed and produced a send-up of his own super-successful comedy crew. Is it a happy accident – or is he the most driven man in Hollywood?
Seth Rogen is so exactly like his onscreen self that hanging out with him can feel a little like dropping into one of his movies. "Have just been advised Seth only needs 10 mins for grooming," reads one of the emails that shuttle between his publicists and the Guardian's photographer, which sounds about right. The roly-poly figure who turns up a few minutes later in jeans and T-shirt, topped off with jewfro and froggy grin, seems barely to need 10 minutes for anything. "Hey, what's going on?" he says, before settling into a sofa that looks custom-moulded to his contours. He talks in sentences that go up, up, up, up, up like a rollercoaster car,...

In 2002 she starred in a classic Australian film. In a rare – and shocking – interview, the actor explains what happened next
Rabbit-Proof Fence was the film that brought one of the most shameful episodes in Australia's history to the attention of the world. "Not since the last shots of Schindler's List have I been so overcome with the realisation that real people, in recent historical times, had to undergo such inhumanity," wrote the late, revered American film writer Roger Ebert of the acclaimed picture.
At its centre was a single performance by an 11-year-old Aboriginal girl, an untrained actor from the Kimberley. Everlyn Sampi played Molly Craig, who was mercilessly stolen from her mother in 1931 and removed to a mission. Craig escaped with her sister and cousin following the fence, which bisected Australia, for 2,400km, to return home.
Critics lauded her. "Sampi rarely faces the camera; her gaze eludes us, but...

Britain's Got Talent finalists Richard and Adam have waded into the row over children competing on talent shows, telling Digital Spy that they don't think youngsters should appear on The X Factor or The Voice UK.
The debate was fuelled when Simon Cowell hit back at Strictly Come Dancing host Sir Bruce Forsyth's comments about being uncomfortable seeing kids perform in Bgt on last night's (May 27) first semi-final.
Speaking to DS, opera-singing, sandwich-making brothers Richard and Adam argued that Bgt is the only contest of its type suited to children, as it doesn't require as much of a commitment afterwards.
"I think Britain's Got Talent is a nice showcase for variety," Richard told us. "I think with the other shows it's more about a record deal and a longterm thing, and [I'm not sure] whether younger people would be able to go on tour with school and things like that.

The 2013 Major League Soccer Season began last weekend, with Los Angeles Galaxy picking up where they left off in December.
A first career hat-trick from Mike Magee was added to by Robbie Keane as the Mls Champions cruised to a 4-0 victory over Chicago Fire. Former Chelsea and Tottenham goalkeeper Carlo Cudicini made a shaky start to his league debut, almost gifting Chicago an easy goal when he failed to clear the ball properly early in the match. After that it was all Galaxy, with Magee netting his first half opener thanks to a slight deflection that took it away from goalkeeper Sean Johnson. His second was a curled effort from the edge of the box; his third a brilliant volley amid chaos following a long throw into the penalty area. Keane scored a late fourth when Omar Gonzalez nodded Michael Stephens’ cross down for him to poke home at the near post.

It's no secret to "X Factor" fans that Simon Cowell believed he had a winning act in Huntington Beach boy band Emblem3.
The trio -- made up of brothers Wesley and Keaton Stromberg and their buddy Drew Chadwick -- were positioned as the season's resident heartthrobs and their fun-loving performances of songs like The Police's "Every Little Thing She Does is Magic" and Alicia Keys' "No One" were generally well-received by all the judges (although Britney Spears and especially Demi Lovato took their shots some weeks). But as soon as the show decided to reveal the vote rankings during the weekly results, there were signs of trouble.
The first week, Emblem3 came in sixth place. They never ranked higher than third, and ultimately became the show's last casualties before next week's finals.

Not long after Diddy turned heads at Rick Ross' Maybach Music Group press conference on Wednesday, he appeared on Funkmaster Flex's Hot 97 radio show and addressed the recent tribulations of two of his former Bad Boy artists: G. Dep and Mase.
According to Diddy, G. Dep, who was recently convicted of second-degree murder on a 1993 shooting charge stemming from a botched robbery in Harlem, became a different person when severe substance-abuse issues took hold of his life.
"None of that was in G. Dep's nature. When there were certain things that he was going through with the substance-abuse situation, he would be a different person. But on an everyday [basis], he was probably one of the nicest, most quiet, shyest, most humble cats that was out there,...

Who says hip-hop can't bring people together? You wouldn't think that WWE star John Cena and rapper Bumpy Knuckles have very much in common, but the two friends found a mutual respect for each other thanks to music.
After meeting at a New York radio station years back, Bumpy helped coach Cena to become a better lyricist. Bump even appeared on several tracks from Cena and Tha Trademarc's 2005 debut rap album, You Can't See Me. "Me and him became real good friends," Bumpy said of Cena when he appeared on Wednesday's "RapFix Live."
While at the radio station, the two engaged in an arm-wrestling match, which "RapFix Live" host Sway said Bumpy won.

Fans of Phillip Phillips got an extra aww-worthy moment during "American Idol's" Top 8 performance tonight when the 21-year-old singer brought his brother-in-law Ben Neil, the person who inspired him to get into music, onstage to help him perform the Genesis hit "That's All."
Phillips said he'd suggested that Ben come play with him, but he didn't know producers would actually go for it.
"I mentioned it, but I didn't know anything was going to happen," the singer tells Zap2it after the show. "It was all kind of a surprise to me. Me and him, we've been playing together ever since I started playing guitar, so he's my inspiration."
Ben actually helped Phil pick out the Genesis song they ended up performing. Phillips says he hopes they can do it again soon, because you haven't seen half of what they can do together. "He's so amazing on the guitar...

Morning Meme: "The Three Little Pigs" Go On Trial, Brad Pitt Joins "8," and The Muppets Get a Sequel
Stargate's Michael Shanks returns to my television screen this summer in Canadian soap Saving Hope, in which the sexy man will star as a brilliant doctor in a coma, haunting his own hospital while his fiancée played by Smallville's Erica Durance tries to save him.
The Indiana House has backed away from plans to restrict specialty license plates, which many saw as targeting the plate for the gay Indiana Youth Group. Citing how volatile the debate had gotten, sponsor Ed Soliday withdrew the bill.
In a move so savvy it might almost qualify as cynical, Tim Gill has appointed Republican Kirk Fordham to lead his Action Fund.
An Oxford grad has returned his English degree to Exeter over their decision to rent space to the anti-gay Christian Concern conference. I'm assuming this is symbolic, since it doesn't affect his record or references.

Ciao Italia! It's time for the "Jersey Shore" cast to head back to Seaside Heights, N.J., where they can tan, go to the gym and finally pick up legal-aged girls.

Louis Walsh has reportedly become so fond of his new X Factor colleague Tulisa Contostavlos, that he named his cat after her.
The pair have developed a tight friendship since the N-Dubz singer was added to the judging panel earlier this year and insiders say the Irish star loves his young counterpart’s catty behaviour with contestants, that he named his new pet in honour of her.
Walsh is said to have claimed that the brunette beauty can “get scratchy during the programme”.

However the whole saga got a little confusing, when Louis discovered that his new cat was actually a boy. The newspaper claims that Louis considered changing it’s name saying:

The story of Bellflower is as interesting off-screen as it is on.
Evan Glodell, the writer, director and star originally started working on it in 2003. He had cast most of the roles but through the fate of filmmaking, it never happened. Cut to 2008: They start filming; editing took two years and once they were done, everyone they screened the film for shot it down.
Finally, with no money, Evan scrounged the fee together to submit the film to Sundance and it became one of the ‘go see’ movies at the festival.
The film is about two friends (Glodell and Tyler Dawson) who spend their free time building flamethrowers and a working on a souped up car named Medusa in hopes of a global acoplyapse. When Milly (Jesse Wiseman) enters the picture, things take eventually take a turn for the worse.
