Sex & Nudity

Violence & Gore

  • Two men get into a brutal fight.
  • In the very beginning, Clint Eastwood has a flashback to his time in Vietnam where he is shot down and taken captive by the North Vietnamese. While in captivity, American helicopters and planes fly in shooting the Vietnamese troops. There is a little girl nearby that Clint Eastwood is staring at when the planes drop napalm and the image of the little girl is replaced by a wall of fire. It's not like a graphic image of the girl dying a grisly death.
  • Two people are brutally beaten to death.

Profanity

  • Minimal uses of 'God'
  • "Damn" and "hell" are used occasionally

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Clint Eastwood smokes a cigar as he walks through Moscow. A couple of other characters are shown smoking cigars.
  • Clint Eastwood drinks a shot of presumably vodka.
  • The fake identity Clint Eastwood uses to enter the Soviet Union is that of a drug dealer, but they don't show any drug usage.
