After defeating the snake, Father Tom kisses the crucifix. When the camera cuts to another view, he is just about to kiss it.
When the devil cobra attacks and kills the man on the train, the glass that separates the snake from the man is visible. You can even see the mans reflection in it. And when the snake "bites" the man, you hear the snake thump the glass with its head.
There are several more instances where a faint reflection (double image) of the snake can be seen through out the film when it rears up, showing that it is behind a sheet of glass.
