- The opening of the film is a sequence from the film-within-a-film featuring a POV shot as a slasher killer views several sexual scenes.
- A sailor and a prostitute have oral sex in a phone booth. No nudity, but very clear what's happening and there is lots of sound.
- A woman gives a man oral sex in a phone booth - no nudity.
- First sexual scene from the opening POV shot: Two women are dancing in lingerie for a prolonged period of time. One is wearing a tight one piece and the other is wearing panties and a lace top. Her nipples are very obvious under the top.
- Second sexual scene from opening POV shot: A man and woman are having sex on the floor with the woman grinding on top and moaning. She is topless and breasts and nipples are seen. She fondles her own breasts. They get up and it's shown that they both still have their underwear on. Seen for about 30 seconds.
- Third sexual scene from opening POV shot: A girl is seen walking down the hall in her bra and panties. Several other girls are seen in their underwear coming out of the shower.
- Fourth sexual scene from opening POV shot: A girl is masturbating on her bed in her underwear and socks. Her bra is clearly visible and her panties are down around her thighs. She has a blanket over her crotch and is moving her hand around underneath it and moaning. Only seen for about five seconds but it's clear she's touching herself.
- Fifth and final sexual scene from opening POV shot: The killer walks into the shower room and we see a fully naked woman behind a clear shower curtain. Breasts and nipples clearly visible as well as pubic hair. The killer opens the curtain and only her breasts are then seen. About 30 seconds, but this shot is replayed many times throughout the movie. Possibly shown 7 or 8 times in total.
- Sally's panties are seen multiple times when her dress rides up or gets caught on something. Not sexual but it's always pretty obvious.
- In the beginning of the film, we see a couple making out beside a river from a camera's far angle, and the woman looks up as she feels suspicious.
- A still photo shows a female caught in bed with a male in a blackmail shot, and her breasts are visible in the photo and one of her areolas is seen poking out from behind a bedsheet. No lower body female/male nudity is shown.
Violence & Gore

- A woman is killed by a man. He is shown stabbing her without her being shown. We see a woman dead with a big bloody mark on her neck. It is not graphic, but very unsettling.
- A man strangles a prostitute with a string. It is shown by him placing the string on her neck. The next shot shows her feet lifted up as she shakes. Seconds later, she stops.
- A villain strangles a woman to death offscreen, lasts for several seconds.
- A villain strangles a call-girl briefly, then stabs her several times partly offscreen with an ice pick.
- A sleazy character tries to kiss a woman who is obviously not willing. After wrestling for a few seconds, she hits him over the head with a liquor bottle and knocks him out. There is glass everywhere but no blood.
Profanity

- Mild swearing in the beginning but it get more frequent as the film goes on. 16 uses of "fuck", 10-15 "shits", other uses of "hell", "damn", "goddamn," "son of a bitch", "bastard", "prick", "piss", "ass", "asshole", etc.
- 2 use of t-ts when talking about an actresses breasts.

- Not a very violent film as a whole, but shown at an intense level without graphic details.

- The main character crashes his car into a building and wakes up in an ambulance
- Burke drags Sally on top of a tower during a firework ceremony and kills her with an ice pick. Not shown, but her scream is heard as Jack turns up. He silently creeps up to him, and snatches the ice pick off Burke ending up stabbing him a few times onscreen. No blood.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- The ending of this movie is very intense
- Sally gets killed by Burke by stabbing her with an ice pick.
- The final shot shows Jack using Sally's scream for a sequence.
