- Two strippers are released from prison to work undercover for the U.S. government.
- On their way to jail, the pair of beautiful strippers, Cecile and Brigitte, cut a deal with the government to shed light on the unaccountable disappearance of a young woman. Their mission is to work undercover at the seedy Flamingo Club in Las Palmas, which seems to be the elaborate facade of an international trafficking ring kidnapping and exploiting women, and keep their eyes peeled for illegal activities while performing lesbian strip acts on the stage. As they try to get to the bottom of this intricate mystery, the girls will have to confront the lethally seductive leader of the criminal organisation, Irina Forbes: a dangerous woman possessing strange hypnotic powers. Can the female spies with the flowered panties save the day?—Nick Riganas
- The Spanish language version omits the entire opening sequence that establishes the story line for the film. Cecile la Penna (Lina Romay) and her friend Brigitte Lemoine (Lynn Monteil) are a pair of jailbird strippers who are auditioned by the authorities. In exchange for an early release from a French prison, they are being set up as a lesbian dance act the Flamingo Club in Las Palmas, where Cecile is secretly tasked with looking out for any activities that may have to do with human trafficking.
Meanwhile, erotic film star Adriana Rinaldi (Susan Hemingway) is abducted from her palatial home, sexually assaulted, hypnotized with a fire opal gem and then sold as the willing sex slave of a millionaire.
The Spanish version opens with the hypnosis of a girl named Estrella, preparing her to become the sex slave of one Aristobulas Farquas.
As the girls begin rehearsing at the Flamingo Club, they are unwittingly being sized up for abduction by the white slavers, led by Irina Forbes (Joëlle Le Quément) wielder of the irresistibly hypnotic fire opal. That evening Cecile spots a recording star, Joanne Simon (Taylor in the English version), being held as a sex slave at a house she was ordered to watch. Leaving Brigitte to look after Senator Connolly -- who is investigating the white slave trade for the U.S. -- Cecile returns to her room to find a body in her closet, which the nonplussed artistic director Milton has removed. Cecile has accepted an invitation to join the Forbes at their home for a threesome, but the Forbes are on to her -- aware that she is working for the police -- and snatch her as she leaves the club the next day. She awakens to find herself in the Forbes' dungeon, where Estrella Shelby lies chained to a wall, gibbering about being reunited with Aristobulas Farquas.
When the kidnappers come for Estrella, they fail to notice that Cecile has exchanged clothes with her, and she manages to escape before they can load her into the waiting helicopter. Fortunately, the ubiquitous Milton witnesses the kidnapping, and has followed Cecile to the Forbes' lair. He rescues her from the pursuing helicopter, and leaves her in the care of a group of cave-dwelling hippies.
The kidnappers next go after Brigitte, snatching her from Senator Connolly's hotel room. Meanwhile, Milton meets up with Mr. Morales, owner of the home where Joanne Simon is being held, to give him the incriminating photos that Cecile took earlier. Morales orders him to kill Cecile -- unaware that Milton is also a government agent who, coincidentally, is in love with Cecile.
Connolly is told by the Spanish consul that the Forbes are actually double agents collaborating with the government while meeting the demands of their overseers, an all-powerful international terrorism organization. We learn, however, that the consul and his cronies are actually behind the kidnappings, and operating on the orders of a group called "Central", have Connolly assassinated.
The kidnappers lure Cecile back to the Flamingo Club in order to rescue Brigitte. She arrives in time to see Brigitte die, turns to confront the Forbes, and is promptly hypnotized by Irina's fire opal. Meanwhile, "Central" continues to clean up loose ends, murdering Morales, his son and the unfortunate Joanne Simon.
While Irina is torturing Cecile, Milton turns to his hippie friends -- the only people who can be trusted -- and mounts a rescue in which the Forbes are killed and Cecile is saved. They wisely decide to flee the country...
