- A naked body is seen quite briefly lying in a low-light cell and posed so as to be as inoffensive as possible.
- A small child is briefly seen nude from the front.

- In one scene, two men talk about spending money for a prostitute. Very brief.

- This film, is incredibly intense throughout, given the plot.

Violence & Gore
- A man is 'replaced' for a dangerous mission by having his throat slit by an assassin. This happens offscreen, but a closeup of his blood-covered bedsheets and another character's reaction to the murder confirms it.
- A bomb is detonated in one scene, killing many people, in an act of terrorism.
- A main character is shot and dies.
- A man is stuck on the side of the neck with the blade of a shovel, causing large amount of blood to pour out. He falls off screen and is then repeatedly hit with the shovel.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- The film's ending is incredibly depressing.
- A character is on the verge of madness and begins to hallucinate many things based on his experiences so far. Creepy imagery, including pools of blood, can be seen for several moments.
- In one scene, two main characters are killed when the explosives in their truck ignite. This comes out of nowhere, is very unexpected, and will more than likely take most viewers by surprise.
- The terrorist act in the beginning is unexpected and is a "jump" scene.
