During the film's closing scenes, Frank is carrying the baby while walking; however, his pace abruptly changes with each edit, making it obvious that multiple takes were haphazardly pieced together to create the scene.
When Frank brings the bottles of milk in from the porch, he is never seen closing the door. When he opens the other refrigerator, the door to the porch is closed.
The milkman leaves the back of his truck open when he takes the milk up to the house. When he comes back to the cab, the baby inside pulls him into the back and in the following shot broken bottles of milk are seen crashing and spilling out the back. After a brief cut back to the milkman kicking his legs while the baby kills him, it cuts immediately to the back door, which is now inexplicably closed, as the camera follows milk streaming out from under the door and down the pavement below. The following shot returns again, immediately to the back door, which is now inexplicably open again.
At the end of the film when Frank is holding the baby in his arms, the cover accidentally reveals a patch of hair, revealing it to be a dog.
(at about one hour and seven minutes into the film) When Frank is approaching the baby's bed, you can see a crew member reflected in the mirror to Frank's right (the viewer's left).
In a shot in the film of the rustling bushes outside the hospital, a string can be clearly seen tied to them in order to make them move.
The police are continuously driving around underground tunnels with their sirens blaring even when there are no cars, pedestrians or anything else in the vicinity.
Towards the end of the film, about five cops and Frank get out of a police car in the drainage tunnel. The lead detective hands Frank a loaded rifle, but points the rifle directly at two cops before handing it over to him. Then, Frank proceeds to dangerously point the rifle at two other policemen.
