- The local town reverent may strongly offend Christians, he is lampooned throughout the film such as being a nuisance by praying aloud. There is even a scene where he tries to preach to an armed and racist mob by lifting his Bible to remind them of his anti-hate sermons, they replied by shooting a hole through his book.
- Sone dark but satirical humor, where the antagonist hires every real-world notorious groups including White/German-supremacists.
