Lee gets a job at an ice factory after recommendation by his roommate Hsu Chien (Tien), the leader of the workers n a martial artist who commonly fights with the local gangs. His promise to his mother not to fight is repeatedly tested when he goes to work in the local icehouse for an abusive overseer. When some of his cousins are killed, after discovering the icehouse is actually a front for a heroin-smuggling operation, Cheng sets out to exact revenge.
- A young man, Cheng Chao-An, moves to the country to live with his cousins and gets a job at the local ice factory. Unbeknownst to him, the owner of the factory is selling drugs from the factory. Workers who have discovered his secret have gone missing.
