An agreeable comedy

I guess this little TV stuff has never been aired since its first appearance back in the early seventies. And no one seems to remember it either. Well nothing exceptional in this for family made product in which many folks could recognize themselves. A man - Hoolbrook - suddenly divorces and then has to makes it on his very own. With everything that may mean for the poor dude.

I guess this little TV stuff has never been aired sonce its first appearance, back in the early seventies. And no one seems to remember it either. Well, you have here nothing exceptional in this scheme, except a sort of bittersweet atmosphere, very typical for this period of doubt for Americans - because of the Vietnam war. It may look like a comedy from time to time, but it is definitely not. This is a TV stuff made for home audiences in which many men and women could of course recognize themselves. A story about a just divorced man seeking love again. So you will have here the usual topic of this middle age man flying from woman to another...I guess this kind of material will never get old. No real ending here. As usual in actual life.
