It appears to be a Winchester, but I do not recognize the caliber or the strange clip on the breach.
Everything I can find is that it's a Remington with a 'harmonica magazine'. It's said to be a studio prop as Remington never manufactured one of these. But the Harmonica Magazine was used on several rifles and handguns.
