At the start of the film, Mark drives up to the front of an office and almost hits the bumper of the car parked in front of him. When he exits his car and walks between them though, there is now 3 or 4 feet of space between the cars.
When Lucy and Mark are on the ferry, the skyline of Manhattan behind them is inconsistent; e.g., the same buildings appear behind them in shots from different angles. And, near the end of the scene, the background makes an abrupt shift, as if the camera used for the rear-screen projection moved - the boat couldn't turn that swiftly.
When Lucy is making coffee and turns around to see Mark, she doesn't put the top of the coffeemaker back in the pot, but obviously hands it off to a crew-member, just out of the frame.
At 01:08:00 after Lucy walks up to Mark the boom mic shadow moves on the far wall.
