In the end, when Nugent and Margaret are doing the "man with power" routine; there is a rear screen projection showing various passengers in the background walking toward the plane. However when they end the routine and it does a quick cut to a live shot; the passengers in the background have changed. Additionally, a plane crew appears underneath the plane that wasn't there before.
When the main characters arrive at the picnic in a jalopy, the windshield is folded down but when they get out, it's back up.
When Nugent arrives home with the sleeping Susan on the sofa, he goes upstairs to remove his tuxedo jacket and tie. When the DA and Judge Turner are knocking on Nugent's door, he is wearing a smoking jacket. In the following scene where he is in a jail cell, Nugent is back wearing his tuxedo jacket and his bow tie is untied around his neck.
In the scene at the malt shop, a waitress brings Jerry White (Johnny Sands) his dish of ice cream, which he didn't get a chance to order in the first place.
Correction -- Shortly after Jerry sits down, the waitress takes his order--"a Double Sweetheart Flip."
In court, the Vampire Club bouncer, Anthony Herman, says he caught a straight left punch, but his jaw is bandaged on the left . A left punch would have hit him on the right side of his jaw.
The judge is woken up 'a few minutes past eight' in the morning, yet is still able to be in court by 9 am for a hearing. Her activities in that 55 minutes: get dressed, have breakfast, get to the courthouse, put on her robe, chat with her uncle, enter the courtroom.
Dan Tobin as Chester Walters flubs a line of dialog when he says, "You're charged with hitting the district attorney." Cary Grant gets it right when he says he didn't know at the time that he was the ASSISTANT district attorney.
