Its initial television broadcast took place in Seattle Tuesday 7 October 1958 on KIRO (Channel 7), it first aired in St. Louis Wednesday 7 January 1959 on KMOX (Channel 4), followed by Omaha 24 April 1959 on KETV (Channel 7), by Phoenix 28 May 1959 on KVAR (Channel 12), by Seattle 25 August 1959 on KIRO (Channel 7), by Denver 26 November 1959 on KBTV (Channel 9), and by Milwaukee 30 November 1959 on WITI (Channel 6). It first aired in Toledo 13 March 1960 on WTOL (Channel 11), in Pittsburgh 10 June 1960 on KDKA (Channel 2), and in Minneapolis 29 November 1960 on WTCN (Channel 11).
