This film uses several of the Gone with the Wind (1939) exterior sets, including
Tara, the train shed, and several of the Atlanta street buildings. One
of the best close-up views of Tara's front porch and door.
Although Elsie the Cow is billed eighth playing Buttercup as "'Elsie' - The Moo Girl of the New York World's Fair" in the opening credits, she is billed last (26th) in the end credits, simply as "Elsie" playing "Buttercup". In 1939, she was quite famous, appearing in ads for the Borden Co.
Russ Powell (Railroad Conductor) and Lew Kelly (Postman) are in studio records/casting call lists as cast members, but they did not appear or were not identifiable in the movie.
