A nitrate print of this film survives in the UCLA Film and Television Archives, and is not listed for preservation. However, it has aired on Turner Classic Movies, so safety material clearly exists in the Fox archives.
Although principal photography was completed in early November 1935, retakes continued over the next six months because of the unavailability at various times of Herbert Mundin, Minna Gombell and Noel Madison.
