- Kino International, by arrangement with the George Eastman House International Museum of Photography, released a version in 1996 produced by David Shepard and copyrighted by Film Preservation Associates. It runs 68 minutes and has new original music composed and performed by the Alloy Orchestra following the written instructions from the director, Dziga Vertov. The music has been copyrighted by Junk Metal Music in 1996.
- The Oleksandr Dovzhenko National Film Centre implemented a 2K restoration of Man with a Movie Camera (Ukrainian title: "Liudyna z Kinoaparatom"). It which was released on DVD in 2011, as part of the collection "Ukrainian Re-Vision" ("Ukrainske Nime"), and as a standalone DVD in the Kolo Dzigi Collection series. This version has a running time of 66 minutes and features three scores, by the following artists: DJ Derbastler (Ivan Moskalenko; UA, 2011), Vitalii Tkachuk's Quartet (UA, 2010), and In the Nursery (UK, 1999).
- Prologue to restoration for Spring 2014: "Music produced for the Pordenone Silent Film Festival. This movie was restored by lobster films during Spring 2014 with participation of the Eye Film Institute. When Dziga Vertov traveled to Western Europe in 1931, he brought with him a print of MAN WITH A MOVIE CAMERA. His journey, taking in different European cities, concluded in Amsterdam and here he left his print with the Filmliga. This rare full-frame print, in which the original division in 6 chapters had been restored, was the main source for the film print that you are about to see.
