The film is based on the poem by Alfred Lord Tennyson. Enoch finds his wife standing with another man, Philippe. From their look he understands their destiny. Slides wounded in the pits of the forest. Enoch tries to recover his fortune. His wife gives him the medallion - the baby's lock. Husband and wife hug each other moved and go out together with their children. He starts on the ship that leaves. Afterwards, the ship collapses and Annie remains loyal to Enoch again, hoping for his return and resisting Philippe, who persists in his interest. All that was of Enoch becomes Philippe. Enoch returns home shortly after he dies. A reflection on the changeability of destiny
