The single peaked at No. 3 on the German single chart on 3 November 1986, almost a month after its release. The single spent five weeks within the top-10 and total of 13 weeks on the top-100 in Germany. "Geronimo's Cadillac" entered the top-5 in Austria, it managed to enter the top-10 in Switzerland, Sweden and Norway.

"Atlantis is Calling (S.O.S. for Love)" was released in Germany and in other European territories on 28 April 1986. The track peaked at No. 1 in Germany on 16 June 1986 after spending two weeks at No. 2 position. The single spent four weeks at the top and total of 14 weeks on the top-100.
