- Nick is a transplanted New Yorker living in southern California (or as he refers to it: "The Land of Fruits & Nuts"). He is the sole proprietor of his own computer consulting company. In addition to facing the daily battles that come with running a business, Nick is surrounded by all kinds of people that constantly drive him crazy; crossing the bounds of, what he considers to be, common sense. Outspoken and politically incorrect, he faces office politics, sexism, racism, feminism, and every other 'ism', while somehow trying to deal with the social differences between the coasts.
- A short film based on Anton Chekhov's story 'He couldn't remember'. It's a poignant story about an American man who lives in Puerto Rico who's been exiled to the guest room by his soon to be ex-wife Elena. His main mission today is getting his daughter sheet music she needs, but a seemingly trivial trip into Old San Juan is more complicated than it seems. His circumstances at home (on the brink of divorce and a broken hearted daughter) are crippling his ability to complete the simplest of tasks.
- A sister's breast cancer diagnosis and her brother's need to take action. Highlighting the events that took place during Franke's participation in the Susan G. Komen 3-Day Walk, including the training and fund-raising events in the six months preceding the Walk. It includes numerous interviews with breast cancer survivors who share the wealth of their experience with the viewer. Also included are appearances by local celebrities, athletes and musical artists, as well as informative interviews with health care professionals who explain what we should all know about dealing with this illness. This is the film the doctor should have given my sister before she left his office that fateful day. So I made this film for my sister, and for all our sisters... that they would always remember, "You are not alone."
