- Film about the lead up to the Polish uprising against German occupation at the end of the Second World War.
- This comedy follows a young scientist in the contemporary world, who actually came from the world of dwarves, thanks to a magic potion, held by the Big Eater, ruler of the dwarves. The dwarf kingdom, Shuflandia, exists in a cellar of a library, and only the most obedient get the chance to grow to king size and inhabit the larger world. Once there, nobody wants to return to Shuflandia. Also, there are no women in Shuflandia.

- The film is set in 1905, in a time of feverish revolutionary underground activity in Poland partitioned between three neighbours. All the characters are committed anarchists. The bomb maker puts an invention together to place it at the disposal of young inexperienced terrorists fighting against Tsarist oppression. The story follows the passing of this bomb from anarchist to anarchist as several attempts are made on the life of Tsarist governor general, until, at the end, it is effectively and harmlessly defused by a bomb expert. The presence of the bomb has a destroying effect on all of the Polish revolutionaries, they either die or breakdown.
- Middle aged man lies sleeplessly in bed, recalling his numerous sexual encounters. The various couplings are haphazard, loveless affairs in which most of the women are as anxious to release sexual tension as he is. He fails to find fulfillment and is left with feelings of despair and hopelesness.

The wrestler goes on to fame, performing in the world's top arenas, and one day is serenaded by a tenor from the crowd. Fame brings him women and admirers but he is uncompromising on his profession. He has his revenge on one of his tormentors defeating him in the ring. One day, attending a game in a tuxedo, he is challenged by another of the brothers and drawn into a brutal game, in course of which he kills his opponent. Thus his career ends.
- "Between the Cup and the Lip" is a beautiful polish turn century drama, which is basen on Maria Rodziewiczowna's novel. The action takes place in Berlin, where we meet Count Wentzel, who falls for a beautiful unknown lady. Since then he tries to get close to her, but as we know, a lot of things can happen 'between the cup and the lip'.

After the first contact in Vienna and Budapest with the activities of the "W" organization, May continues its trail, discovering new connections and carefully prepared actions. The titles of individual episodes are the names of the cities around which the action described in a given episode focuses.
