Dilip meets him, hires him as a office staffer, and asks him to impersonate him in order to meet Deepa, the only daughter of wealthy Vinodbabu, and Shekhar agrees. Shekhar meets Deepa and they are attracted to each other. Shekhar decides to tell her the truth about himself and returns to Ramgarh. Once there, he finds history repeating itself as Dilip is in love with an Adivasi belle, Jhumki, but refusing to marry her.

Then another local villager named Bansi tells them he had himself seen Kumar getting killed and buried in the nearby forest. Kumar and Rocky must now find out who was killed, and why the villagers believe that Kumar has returned from the grave.
- A widower with three young children finds himself in debt. Blinded, in an industrial accident, he loses his job and is admitted to hospital. Neena, who is wealthy, and has taken crime as a career, finds out and wants Ravi to move in with her, but he turns her down. Then romance enters Ravi's life in the shape and form of Radha, who lives a wealthy lifestyle in Delhi. Both fall in love with each other, Ravi introduces her to his dad, who instantly approves. Then Ravi is invited to visit Delhi to meet Radha's aunt, and it is here that Ravi will come to know Radha's aunt is none other than Neena herself, and he will find out that Radha was merely an attractive bait to lure him and force him to live with his biological mother.
- Sunil lives with his mom and sister in a middle-class dwelling in Delhi, India. He works for Chopra and Co., Chartered Accountants. He comes across a beautiful woman posing for a painting, thinks she is poor and needy, and gives her a tip. The woman's name is Anita, and both are attracted to each other. Sunil and Anita intend to marry, and Sunil even introduces Anita to his mom. One day when attending a party, Sunil is shocked to learn that Anita is a multi-millionaire. Stunned at this deception, he swears he will have nothing to do with her. When Anita attempts to smooth things over, Sunil does cool down. It is then he finds out that Anita's dad, who is serving time, had killed his father, and that Anita's mother is still alive, after making her living as a prostitute.

After several misunderstandings, Kumar and Neena fall in love, and want to get married. And it is then Neena and her mother are come across photographs of Kumar and a young woman named Kamo alias Kamini, in very intimate positions.
- Thakur Chandrabhan lives a wealthy lifestyle in a small village in India. He is widowed and lives with his sister; a widowed daughter-in-law, Saraswati; and a grand-daughter, Tara, who is of marriageable age. Also living in this household is Bholanath, who is blind since birth, and helps with household chores. Tara's marriage is arranged with a young man, Pratap Singh, from a noble family, who approves of Tara, but demands a dowry of 3 Lakh Rupees. Chandrabhan does not have this much money, but Bholanath has been stashing away cash, that is guarded by a snake, and offers all of it to Pratap, who accepts it and absconds. Blind Bhola is unable to pursue him, but is instead bitten by the snake, regains his vision and sets forth to Bombay to locate Pratap. Several weeks later, Bholanath returns home, just in time to be told that he must marry Tara, as she refuses to marry anyone else. Tara notices something very odd about Bholanath as he calls her "Tara', not as "Little Mistress" as he used to; he is terrified of snakes; and seems more cultured and educated. The family decides to get the two engaged, however, the ceremony is interrupted by the arrival of the police, who have an arrest warrant for Bholanath for Theft, and Murder of a young woman named Lucy. The question remains, what was Bholanath up to in Bombay, whose money did he steal, and why did he end up killing Lucy?
- Udharchand Shikarpuri is a homeless man who lives in Bombay albeit under the roof of multi-millionaire Seth Kalidas, who six months away in his palatial house in Mussoorie. For the 4th time in his life, Udharchand 'moves' into Kalidas's Mansion along with his dog, Chicko. He meets and befriends two other homeless men, Raju and Vijay, and invites them to live with him. Shortly thereafter, one night the trio find that a female thief has broken into the mansion, they confront her, find out her name is Roopa, feel sorry for her, and invite her to also live with them. Subsequently, Raju's wife, Kiran, his son, and sister, Rita also move. Then Roopa feels sorry for another homeless man, Kaluram, and also invites him to live in the mansion. The last inmate is a cook by the name of Mishrain, who is also permitted to live there. What Udharchand does not know is that the owner of the mansion has also made himself a member, and he will be the one who will eventually decide the fate of all the trespassers.

He then arranges Roopa's marriage with another wealthy man, Satish, while he continues to romance Tara and even signs over his entire estate and home to her name. Then a few years later, Shankar returns - this time as the wealthy Raja of Belapur - and he all set to compromise with Ramesh and propose to Roopa. He finds out that nothing has changed, Ramesh, though rendered penniless by Tara, still hates him; and Satish is wooing Roopa, is engaged to her and a marriage date has been fixed. Shankar's love is now replaced by vengeance and hate, and all he can think of is destroying the lives of Ramesh, Roopa, Satish and his sister, Mala, and he has several plans which he intends to put to use one by one.
- Shekhar lives a poor lifestyle along with his maternal uncle, Dharamdas; his aunt; a cousin, Sita - who is separated from her husband, Mahesh; and also has a sister, Gauri, who had eloped with her lover and everyone believes is dead. Despite of this, the marriage does take place and Shekhar moves in, is employed by Thakur, and the family settles down to a fairly harmonious relationship. Their idyllic lifestyle is shattered when Bela suspects, and then across evidence that Sita and Mahesh, who are now together, have stolen her diamond necklace; that Shekhar is having an affair with a dancing girl; that he has embezzled Rs.10,000/- and had gone to an undisclosed location for 3 days. Things get even worse when Thakur meets with an accident, and subsequently passes away - paving the way for his wife to arrange her daughter's divorce and Shekhar's death.

- Gopal and Seema are two small children who live in a small town in India. Gopal lives with Bansilal, whom he believes is his father; the much wealthier Seema lives with her dad Rana, who disapproves of her friendship with Gopal. He wants Basilal to send Gopal away, which he does. Gopal is told that Bansilal is dead, but village belle Saloni, who is in love with Gopal, tells him that she has seen Bansilal's ghost. A practical Gopal must now use all his resources to find out the truth behind the ghost story, secure his land against a greedy Rana, and advocate his right to the estate that his father had left him from none other than his stepmother, who has schemed with her brother Kailash to ensure that Gopal continues to not only be deprived of his rightful heritage, but also lose Seema to Kailash.

- Sujit started having mental problems when he was six years after visiting his dad, Ajit, at a mental asylum. Thereafter he kept on getting into trouble, and even ran away from the orphanage. Years later a Musician and Singer, Shyam, found Sujit singing on the roadside, and decided to hire him as a singer in a nightclub. This is where Sujit meets dancer, Jenny, and both fall in love with each other. When they announce their plans to get married, the news does not auger well with the nightclub's owner, Max, an argument ensues, Max draws a gun, and Shyam ends up killing Max. Sujit decides to take the blame, is arrested by the police, he feigns insanity, and is ordered to be admitted in a mental asylum until he recovers. In the asylum he is placed under the compassionate care of Dr. Shalini and about one year later is discharged. He returns to the nightclub just in time to for Jenny's and Shyam's engagement party. Baffled, confused, and angered at this betrayal, he really does go insane and ends up being re-admitted in the very same asylum. But this time his chances of recovery are very slim as he has retreated deep into the inner recesses of his mind - from where he may never return.
- Widower Ashok lives a wealthy lifestyle in Bombay, India, along with his son, Kishore, his paternal aunt, a maid-servant, Chanda, and three other employees. He makes a living running an export-import business near Flora Fountain. One day unattended Kishore runs away, a frantic Ashok complains to the Police and puts up a reward of a thousand Rupees. A young woman named Asha, who lives a poor lifestyle, all by herself, finds Kishore, brings him to the Police Station, where he is picked up by Ashok and taken home. Asha refuses to take any reward money. Shortly thereafter Ashok advertises for the position of a governess, Asha applies, is hired, and moves in to live with them. Soon she and Ashok fall in love, much to the chagrin of Ashok's aunt, who wants him to marry her niece. Ashok gets married with Asha nevertheless, the family live in harmony, and Asha gives birth to a male child, Munna. Thereafter Ashok is told that Asha is neglecting Kishore; a necklace that was inexpensive, but a good omen for Kishore goes missing, and is subsequently found on Munna's bed; and a cat dies after drinking poisoned milk that was meant for Kishore. An angered Ashok blames Asha and asks her to leave, and she picks up Munna and leaves. The question remains: Did Asha really neglect, steal and then try to kill Kishore merely because she became a mother herself or was there some other unknown reason(s)?

- Ranvir Singh is in the employ of Raiszada Hukamchand, who is involved in criminal activities. Ranvir agrees to do so only after Raiszada gives him a written confession, which he does. Thereafter Ranvir switches his clothes with that of the dead man, and they burn the place down. The dead man is identified as Ranvir Singh by the police, and his family, Mrs. Ranbir Singh, daughter, Geeta, and son, Sumer Singh, are informed of this tragedy. Years later, Sumer comes to know that his father is still alive, and under the name of wealthy Girdharilal, who is married to gorgeous Latika. When Sumer approaches him, he denies being or ever knowing anyone by the name of Girdharilal. Sumer then decides to expose him, little knowing that he is putting his life, as well as the lives of his mom and sister in danger.
- Dreaded gangster Babubhai is involved in all possible criminal activities. Of late his activities are being sabotaged by a fellow criminal named Shankar Dada. Babubhai entraps him with the help of beautiful Bindiya, and gets him on his side with a 50-50 partnership, to which Shankar agrees. Babubhai comes to know that Shankar has a look-alike brother named Ram, who is a police inspector, and has been assigned to this area to put a stop to all criminal activities. Ram is abducted and held by Babubhai, while Shankar replaces him at the police station, not realizing that these actions are going to change their lives forever.

Watch what the Village Panchayat does, when Shanno refuses to marry Kanhaiya, and is ready to even light herself on a funeral pyre. And all this happens when the village falls in the grip of a killer plague that may well devastate their community.
