- Vee announces that the King of Buffertonia is coming for a tour of the Safari Park. Mtambo wants to give the best tour ever, so he does a practice run - with Hodge pretending to be the king.
- The trainees are trying their wheels at pushing rolling stock around an obstacle course backwards. Wilson has some trouble until Morgan gives him some wing mirrors.
- The chuggers are learning to carry passengers comfortably, using dummies specially made to wobble if the ride isn't silky smooth.
- The trainees take their passenger test under the strict eye of Mr Simpkins. The abrupt examiner makes Koko cry and Irving feels that he needs to have a word with Mr Simpkins.
- Koko wants to know where a certain tunnel leads to and sneaks down it with Wilson.
- Brewster doesn't listen to Dunbar and goes too fast down a hill with a heavy hopper car full of quarry rocks. Can Wilson help Brewster brake before it's too late?
- Wilson damages his wheels during a race and is too scared to go to the repair shed after hearing a story about Old Puffer Pete spending a week there having his wheels removed.
- Koko finds a lost puppy and wants to keep it, but she realises a little girl is looking for the puppy and decides that she needs to take him home. Also, Koko, Wilson and Brewster do some paper delivery training.
- Wilson gets excited when he hears that Frostini needs a helper during the school holiday.
- Wilson likes being muddy and wants to avoid the chug-wash at all costs. Also, the three trainees learn how to stop in muddy and wet conditions.
- Wilson has to transport a troublesome elephant called Ebo to his new home.
- Brewster and Wilson begin a new hobby of "people spotting". Unfortunately, they get so wrapped up in their new hobby that they forget to do their jobs.
- Wilson is assisting Frostini as he creates a new flavour for the mayor's banquet: Chugstastic Chewy Cheesecake. But they discover that the mayor's wife is allergic to cheese. Frostini will have to come up with something else urgently.
- Koko challenges Hodge to a competition: whoever does the most jobs that day wins.
- Old 'Picky Nicky' Inspector Nicholas is coming to conduct Chuggington Depot's annual inspection. The chuggers swing into action getting things ready. Emery really wants to help, but ends up causing more chaos.
- Eddie is always late so the Chuggers decide to find him a home in Chuggington, nearer to his workplace.
- Dunbar looses his voice during a training session with the ambulance car. Wilson thinks he can make Dunbar better and, eventually, he does.
- Brewster and Zephie think Old Puffer Pete is going to be scrapped so they decide to prove how useful the old engine still is. Unfortunately, they don't realise that it's Pete's old tender car that's going to be scrapped, not Pete himself.
- Chatsworth has had a very busy day and wants a quick snooze, but everything and everyone conspires to keep him awake.
- When Zephie's job with Morgan is taken by a rail-going cycle, Zephie decides to get a new job as an ace reporter just like Rag Barnstaple.
- Wilson has been given the important job of bringing the refrigerated ice cream cars from the ice cream factory to the Ice Cream Tasting Fair. The refrigeration cars are heavy, so he'll have to take them one at a time. Wilson makes the first trip successfully, but when his hero - cool ice cream chugger Frostini - offers to give him a tour of the factory, he forgets all about the important job he has been charged with. Frostini shows Wilson the ice cream making process and teaches him about all the wonderful flavours. Wilson is in his element until he remembers his deliveries. He doesn't want to show himself up in front of Frostini or let Vee down so Wilson decides he can make up the time by taking all the cars all at once. But of course he soon runs into trouble with such a heavy load and has to swallow his pride and ask the great Frostini for help.
- Eddie Finds Time: The depot clock is broken, and the schedule is in chaos! Eddie needs to go to Old Town to see if he can borrow a part from the old clock to repair the depot clock. Brewster Knows Best: The trainees are doing a sign-reading exercise. If they work as a team and follow the signs correctly - there'll be a wonderful surprise at the end of it.
- Wilson starts messing around with the new storm maker causing chaos in the depot.
- Zephie's Zoomaround: On her way to see a lamb at the farm, Zephie gets lost! Puffer Pete's Big Show: Old Puffer Pete has been working in Chuggington for 150 years and the mayor wants to commemorate his anniversary with a special show.
- Koko, Wilson and Brewster are learning about emergency rescues with Calley. Brewster is convinced that he will never be able to rescue anyone, but he later saves Chatsworth from a fire and is given a special badge for bravery.
- A photographer is coming to take pictures of the steam engines and Olwin wants to look her best. Unfortunately, she gets covered in mud and gets soapy elephant wash in her tank. Soon, she's blowing bubbles and very embarrassed.
- 2008–202120mTV-GTV EpisodeFrostini's Fruit Fandango: Wilson is assisting Frostini as he creates a new flavour for the mayor's banquet: Chugstastic Chewy Cheesecake! Poor Old Puffer Pete: Brewster overhears Morgan talking about something going to the scrap yard, and then hears Pete saying how worn out he is. Brewster jumps to the conclusion that it's Pete who's going to the scrap yard!
- Wilson, Koko and Brewster are being trained by their hero Action Chugger for the day. Wilson wants to be just like his hero and takes a jet pack and blasts into the skies, but he doesn't know how to come back down to earth again.
- Vee needs someone to pull the royal carriage for the prince of Buffertonia. Chuggers race in to get the job, but Harrison is first - thanks to cutting some corners and running a red light or two. Happy to have the job, he goes off with Puffer Pete to learn the route. Pete notices that Harrison has got into some bad habits. He takes shortcuts, ignores signs and breaks the speed limit. Pete tells Vee she'd better find someone else to pull the prince's carriage. A desperate Harrison says he'll do anything to keep the job! Vee sends Harrison back to the training yard to refresh his knowledge of the rules of the rails - with the trainees. Harrison can't resist showing off at first - but eventually he realises that he's setting a bad example for the trainees, who look up to him. With the help of a pep talk from Wilson, Harrison studies properly, passes his test, and is proud to pull the royal carriage through Chuggington as everyone cheers.
- Wilson needs to collect some special hand-made paper for a printer, but it gets ruined.
- The trainees are learning how to use ice-cream cars today, and will be trying for their Ice-Cream badges. The great Frostini is going to test them on their skills. When Wilson's car breaks down, Puffer Pete comes to the rescue, pulling out his old steam driven ice cream wagon from the back of the rolling stock store - where it has sat for thirty years. Wilson thinks the clanky old car is an embarrassment and is sure he'll be humiliated in front of his hero Frostini. But with Pete's help, he learns how to make the most of the car's unique qualities. It turns out that Frostini loves vintage ice cream cars, and is full of admiration for a very happy Wilson.
- Old Puffer Pete needs a new firebox. He can't puff around by himself without one. He manages to find one in an unlikely place.
- Koko has her first big solo delivery job, picking up timber and delivering it to the paper mill - that is if Old Puffer Pete gets out of her way! In spite of Pete's admonition to 'take it slow and steady,' Koko speeds toward the timber yard, nearlyploughing into a family of squirrels! On her return she encounters the squirrels again - but this time she has to make an emergency stop, spilling her load! Old Puffer Pete chugs up behind her and re-loads the logs onto her car with his crane - which gives Koko an idea. She tells Pete to use his crane to wedge one of the logs between two trees, making a bridge for the squirrels. Now they won't have to make that dangerous journey across the tracks. And Koko's learned an important lesson from Pete - to take things slow and steady!
- 2008–202110mTV EpisodeThe trainees are learning to use the paint wagon. Wilson has trouble concentrating, so while Koko and Brewster learn how to mix colours, Puffer Pete takes Wilson to Old Town for some extra painting tuition. Wilson is great at doing wild, artistic designs, but Pete says he also has to learn how to paint with control. With Pete encouraging him, Wilson does it! He rushes back to show everyone, but no one's there. He decides to paint one of the roundhouse doors to show what he's learned. Then Wilson sees a butterfly. A picture of a butterfly would look great on that door! He paints one. Chatsworth tells Wilson he shouldn't have done it without Dunbar's permission. Wilson sadly paints over the butterfly with a perfect coat of paint. But Chatsworth knows a great place for Wilson to do some art... and when Brewster and Koko get back, they see that artistic Wilson has painted a stunning mural on the training yard wall: it's Dunbar and the three trainees!
- Clunky Wilson: Wilson and Koko are having loads of fun racing each other - until Wilson damages his wheel! Old Puffer Pete's Tour: Koko is yearning for adventure - and she just might get it, as today the chuggers are making deliveries out of town.
- Wilson stays up all night and is late with his first mail run.
- 2008–202120mTV-GTV EpisodeBrewster Goes Bananas: Brewster delivers some feed to the Safari Park, and hurries back to practice today's task - picking up mail sacks - unaware that he has a monkey stowaway onboard! Nurse Wilson: Dunbar and Nurse David from Chuggington Hospital are teaching the trainees how to use the ambulance car.
- The power goes out in Chuggington and Frostini's ice-cream is melting. Speedy McAllister takes Frostini to an ice tunnel to keep the ice-cream cool.
- Koko falls out with the other Chuggers during training for the annual Chugger Championship race due to her bad attitude. Does she have what it takes to come first?
- Part of the track is out and there's chaos in Chuggington, so Wilson and Hodge decide to fix the tracks themselves without waiting for Eddie.
- While plowing the rails after a snowstorm, Harrison gets stuck in a large snowdrift and everyone tries to pull him out.
- Mayor Pullman is touring Chuggington with her nephew Denzil to observe the trains working so that she can award one of them with the prestigious title of "Chugger of the Year".
- Twiga the giraffe is about to give birth and Koko is given the task of keeping an eye on her overnight and fetching Dr. Gosling the vet.
- Hoot and Toot fall out after Hoot decides to take the lead for once and makes a mess of their jobs. It turns out that Hoot only does this because he is colour-blind and cannot tell the difference between green and red.
- Toot pretends to be ill to get out of doing track inspection.
- Wilson is tasked with taking some pictures with a camera car and Hoot and Toot are delivering a model dinosaur to the museum.
- Brewster has to teach Hoot and Toot to use the turntable safely, buy the mischievous duo run away. They soon get trapped on a turntable, but can they remember Brewster's training?
- Brewster is given a new booster to test, but it goes wrong and Brewster does not tell Dr. Ling about it. Hodge later borrows the booster and is put in great danger.
- To decide who is going to work down the mines, the chuggers hold a tug-of-war competition with snooty Harrison and old Speedy McAllister as the team captains.
- Thanks to the strong winds and a loose tarpaulin, Hodge is blown all around Chuggington.
- Koko and Zephie compete to see who can get the best design.
- Emery is given the job of "runner" on the new Action Chugger film set and makes a nuisance of himself. Meanwhile, Brewster is spending the day doing boring litter-picking, but he soon gets an exciting new challenge.
- Hodge is asked to take over quiz night when quizmaster Harrison loses his voice. Unfortunately, Hodge breaks his axle and because he is one-of-a-kind, finding another one in time for the quiz will be tricky.
- Wilson tries to help Eddie by cleaning the tunnels, but he only makes things worse. Can he clean it all up before Eddie arrives?
- Wilson does not listen to Harrison when the pair go out to plough snow. Soon, Wilson gets stuck in a freezing cold tunnel and Harrison can't get him out. Will anybody see or hear them signalling for help?
- Emery wants to get on the newspaper's front page. His wish comes true when he accidentally ruins Mr. Mistereoso's magic show. Emery is very upset, but Mr. Mistereoso has an idea which might save the show.
- Brewster is to take Mayor Pullman over the Border Bridge in a ceremony to reopen it. During the practice run, it becomes apparent that the bridge is not safe. Can the bridge be repaired in time?
- An ice storm hits Chuggington and the trainees are told to stay in their roundhouse. Koko really wants to help so does not listen Vee's instruction and ends up causing problems.
- Dr. Ling gives a lecture on meteorites and how one nearly crashed into Chuggington many years ago. This scares Hoot and Toot who attempt to send a museum exhibit of a meteorite back into space to get rid of it.
- Hoot and Toot try to help Wilson with his news report.
- Brewster takes part in an Action Chugger movie quite by accident when he performs a stunt to save Koko from derailing.
- Wilson and Koko are given the task of sanding the icy rails, but Wilson's sand gets wet and won't spread. Can he dry it out before Olwin arrives on the mountain track?
- Zephie is swarmed by bees after she accidentally knocks their hive out of a tree. Speedy McAllister comes to her rescue and, together, they find the bees a new home.
- Koko earns her high speed badge while Emery gets sidetracked by trying for some imaginary badges.
- Hodge wants to be helpful so, with the help of the ChugNav, he goes to pick up an important part from far away. Unfortunately, the ChugNav goes wrong and he has to accompany Action Chugger into space to fix the satellite.
- The electronic defect detector malfunctions so Emery decides to take over its role. Emery is too cautious and soon sends every Chugger in Chuggington to be repaired which causes chaos.
- Koko attempts to break a speed record at the Chug-a-Sonic Speedtrack. / The Chuggineers compete with the Steam Team for the coveted Iron Chuggers title.
- Dunbar is leaving Chuggington for a while and leaves his trainees with new Chugger Skylar, but Wilson isn't sure he'll be able to manage without Dunbar.
- A new steam engine called Piper arrives at Chuggington. Toot is jealous about all the attention she is getting, but soon realises the new Chugger could be a good new friend.
- Action Chugger spends the day as an ordinary Chugger to prepare for a new movie role.
- After a run-in with a magnet car, Wilson himself becomes magnetic. Soon, Wilson is covered in scrap metal and the repair shed have no idea how to stop it. Luckily, Koko has an idea.
- Koko, Brewster and Wilson are doing their advanced safari training with Mtambo. Wilson gets his camouflage wrong and is chased around Chuggington by a charging rhino.
- In Control and Ready to Roll! Wilson, Koko and Brewster are moving up to the next level of training! In Chug Patrol: Ready to Rescue, the first ever, super-sized special, Wilson takes on new challenges and makes daring rescues as the newest member of Chuggington's emergency rescue squad. - Koko becomes obsessed with a video game, trying to beat Hodge's high score. She becomes so hooked on the game that she neglects safety.

- An old cooling tower is to be demolished and Brewster cannot wait to see the explosion, but he ends up helping out his friends instead.
