- Kate, a slightly prejudiced cafe owner in a small English seaside town, befriends her new customer, a sophisticated African doctor, Koji, who is waiting for his asylum application to be processed, and tempts him with a business proposal.
- With Kate and Koji's undercover clinic in full swing, the last thing they need is a visit from Dr. Radwan. Medium keeps Koji calm, and Kate cooks up a surefire way to get back at an adversary.
